Negombo - Day 01

Wilpattu - Day 02

Wilpattu National Park, located in northwest Sri Lanka, is the country’s oldest and largest national park, spanning approximately 1,317 square kilometers. It’s renowned for its unique “willus” or natural lakes, which are shallow, rain- fed water basins providing essential water sources for wildlife. The park is home to a diverse range of species, including leopards, elephants, sloth bears, and various bird species, making it a prime destination for wildlife enthusiasts. Its dense forests and open grasslands create a rich and varied ecosystem, offering visitors an authentic and serene nature experience.

Sigiriya - Day 03

Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka, stands as a testament to ancient ingenuity and artistic brilliance. Rising dramatically from the lush greenery of the surrounding plains, Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress adorned with intricate frescoes and expansive gardens. Originally constructed in the 5th century by King Kashyapa, it served as both a fortified palace and a refuge. The site is renowned for its Mirror Wall, which once reflected the surrounding beauty and bore inscriptions of admiration.   • Drive to Sigiriya. En route visit Mihintale Temple. Afternoon we’ll do a Village tour including traditional local lunch in Sigiriya Village. Stay overnight in Dambulla. (Amaya Lake Dambulla on B&B Basis) 

Polonnaruwa - Day 04

Polonnaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka’s North Central Province, served as the country’s second capital after Anuradhapura. Flourishing from the 11th to 13th centuries, it is renowned for its well-preserved ancient structures and extensive irrigation systems. Key attractions include the Royal Palace Complex, Gal Vihara’s rock-carved Buddha statues, Rankoth Vehera stupa, Lankatilaka temple, and the unique Nissanka Latha Mandapaya pavilion. Polonnaruwa was a significant center for administration and Buddhism. Today, it is a vibrant city that blends ancient heritage with modern living, attracting visitors worldwide

  • In the Morning, We’ll drive to Polonnaruwa and visit the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa. In the afternoon, we’ll go on a safari in Minneriya National Park. Stay overnight in Dambulla. Stay overnight in Dambulla. (Amaya Lake Dambulla on B&B Basis) 

Kandy - Day 05

Kandy, located in Sri Lanka’s central highlands, is a culturally rich and historically significant city. As the last capital of ancient Sinhalese kings, it retains deep historical and spiritual importance. Key attractions include the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, housing a sacred Buddha tooth, and the annual Kandy Esala Perahera festival. Other highlights are Kandy Lake, the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, and the Bahirawakanda Vihara Buddha Statue. Kandy blends historical charm with modern amenities, making it a mustvisit destination. It is well-connected by road and rail, with scenic routes from Colombo.

Peradeniya - Day 06

Ramboda - Day 07

Nuwara Eliya - Day 08

Yala - Day 10

Yala National Park, located in the southeast of Sri Lanka, is the country’s most visited and second largest national park. Udawalawa - Day 11
